Every Wednesday night, we’re serving one of Rome’s oldest pasta dishes the way it was meant to be enjoyed: loudly, generously, and centre-stage.

Served tableside, Rémy Martin VSOP French brandy is flambéed inside our giant parmesan wheel before fresh house-made spaghetti is tossed through and finished with crispy pancetta crumb, fresh herbs, cracked black pepper, and an extra scrape of the good stuff. Rich, indulgent, and guaranteed to turn a few heads across the dining room.

Think date nights, long catch-ups, and special occasions disguised as “just dinner”.

Available every Wednesday from 5pm. Limited portions. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
